The Challenge

A whole fleet to equip, and no appetite for a slow rollout

GT Bolton is a Bolton, Ontario carrier running a fleet of 50 trucks. When the company moved its drivers onto Samsara, every cab needed a dependable screen to run the Samsara Driver App, and the fleet wanted it done in one pass rather than truck by truck over months.

For a fleet this size there is no slack for a device that breaks in the cab, distracts drivers, or burns through the truck's data allowance on an app update. GT Bolton needed a rugged, locked-down tablet that would arrive ready to install, go in fast, and be managed from one place by a small team.
